Unfortunately we did not have a good experience. We paid for a deep cleaning and specifically chose a time when our children were not home. After the cleaning I could still see visible dust on the floor and on the blinds. Additionally small furniture was not moved in order to sweep/mop under it. A representative reached out to me after I communicated our disappointment in the deep cleaning service. They sent someone back a couple of weeks later. Again, there were visible crumbs left on the floor and food behind the trashcan. It was representative again of the fact that a thorough job is not necessarily a top priority. I heard back from a customer service representative after I left internal feedback via private link. She assured me someone would be reaching out to chat through the issues, but we never heard from anyone. I’m sure everyone who works there is super nice, but when you pay for a certain service, is is unfortunate when you don’t get what you paid for. Sadly, we won’t be using them again.

The cleaning team L arrived on time, are professional, polite and did their usual phenomenal job cleaning my apartment. I appreciate it and them. Thank you.
