Dixon landscaping fixed my leak on the irrigation system today! They were both kind and professional, and went out of their way to help me with removing some stubborn bulbs! The fee was what I was quoted and very fair and reasonable!! Relieved so much stress for me today! Definitely, would recommend them!!

My appointment on September 17th with Dixon Landscaping started out well. Thomas contacted me to let me know he was running behind schedule and would be 30 minutes late, which was fine and professional protocol. The appointment went well, and he said he would provide me with a quote and rendering by the 22nd, which I did not receive. On September 28th, Thomas contacted me and apologized for not delivering the quote, and promised to deliver it the next day, September 29th, once again, I did not receive it, nor did I receive any further communication from Thomas. The service has been scant, but the excuses have been plentiful. Based on my experience, Dixon Landscaping is an unscrupulous operation that does not deserve the lofty reviews posted online.

Response from the businessOver the last 2 weeks we’ve have been dealing with an employee who had a medical emergency on a job site. This has been quite serious and thrown a wrench into anything previous commitments we have had. I should have been more honest about the situation and given a more realistic timeframe. The renderings you requested take a decent amount of work.. but it’s completely on me. We’ve been in business in the area for over 14 years and have over 100 5 star reviews across platforms.. So you could imagine this isn’t the ordinary. We have “lofty” reviews because we do good work and have been for many years Or we wouldn’t still be here. As a small business owner, I am the receptionist, the salesman, HR, the office staff, the labor, the driver, the mechanic, and MUCH more.. So you could imagine that when things get hectic, there can be mistakes made.. Again, we are sorry we did not get your estimate for plant installation fast enough. Thomas Dixon Owner

Thomas was great, completed the services in about 1 hr. They moved two sprinklers ,had to dig new trenches. They were neat and did a great job. I would highly recommend them to anyone for sprinkler installation and repair
