There were many items to address such as dry wall cutouts from a re-piping at my home and cracks in some walls. All matters were addressed and the crew was very thorough and detail oriented. We paid a hefty sum of money to these folks to repair some sections of our drywall after some settling. One thing that led me to choose them was that they said they had a warranty on their work. It seemed like they did a good enough job at first, but after a few months, the cracks in the drywall reappeared. Maybe this is on me for not understanding the terms of the warranty well enough, but they refused to come back out and repair the cracks! I don't care if I'm right or not, it doesn't change my experience. I recommend the reader to look elsewhere for someone that cares more about their customers.

We told you we were unable to warranty cracks in your drywall that were previously caused by your foundation moving and came back in the same place because of the foundation settling again after a big rain. Those are not workmanship issues because that is what drywall does when it moves. If the wall remains stable, the walls won’t crack. This review is not an accurate representation of our work because the cracks happened months after we repaired them. You are entitled to your opinion but the right thing to do would be to pull this.
