I was very disappointed in the job on my fencing project. Josh is a very nice guy and came back and straightened and replaces many of the boards on my project when it was first completed and as it was awful!!! But short of starting over, it is a poor job. His crew completed the job without supervision while he was at another job site. To be fair, Josh did knock $200 off the job & agreed to come back when the wood had cured and paint the fence to make up for the poor job but we have not heard from him since. We really felt because we were an older couple we were taken advantage of. Nearly $7,000 for 200 ft of picket fence and as you can see, especially now that it is finally painted white….. (we did that) from the pictures, the posts/pickets don’t line up, pickets are damaged, boards are warped, there are gaps where the boards meet, one side of the gate is three inches lower than the other side! (I was promised it would NOT sag!!) & nails everywhere! I do not write negative reviews often and Josh is a really nice guy So I guess that's just it. I would hope this was just a really bad (isolated) incident for us and everyone else gets a great experience with this family company. But I am stuck with a bad fence job that cost a lot of money. Too bad for us.
Response from the businessI have all of our correspondence. I was told you would contact me when you were ready to paint (which I offered for free due to the pickets being unevenly spread, which I completely redid myself and you were 'quite happy with' per our correspondence). I only was contacted 1 other time to come out and adjust the gate (which I we did, took photo and video of operation). I have not been contacted since and knew nothing of any other issues. I was upfront and came out on a Saturday to correct ANYTHING you wanted and stayed all day to do just that. You messaged me 2x times afterwards to thank me and tell me you were happy with the correction. If you had more issues that needed to be addressed it would of been nice to be the one that was told. This message is absolutely unsuspected and MONTHS after completion.

Wood privacy fence project done in November 2023. Texted them recently about minor issues, and they came right out to address my concerns! Great customer service and quick response! Will definitely refer them to anyone needing a fence! Quick, courteous, and professional service!

Had to come back and update my original review after this hurricane. The fence that Josh and his crew put up totally held its ground against the hurricane. We have parts of the fence that were replaced by someone else that didn’t fair so well. In our neighborhood, the fence in our 1 acre yard that Josh put up 2 years ago is the only fence still standing. Highly recommend Josh and crew if you want a fence to continue standing after a hurricane! Best experience we have ever had with someone hired to do a job. The price was fair and competitive and the crew was understanding and willing to work around the large project we had going on. Highly recommend Josh and his crew and will use them every time we need fencing.
