After every single booked cleaning had to be rescheduled due to illness, random day off etc, I had to cancel completely with this company. Asking me to reschedule 1.5 hours before a scheduled cleaning is not professional or respectful of a customer’s time. Olivia did a reasonably good job cleaning the two times she actually came to my house but there were definitely areas missed. Unless you have all the time in the world to work around their unpredictable issues, I do not recommend this company.
Response from the businessHi Jo, thank you for sharing this — I'm sorry the rescheduling caused so much disruption on your end, that's never what we want for a client. We do let clients know right away whenever a cleaner isn't able to make it, but I hear you that repeated changes are frustrating no matter how quickly we reach out. I'm glad Olivia's actual cleanings met your expectations, and I appreciate you letting us know about the areas that were missed — that's helpful feedback we'll follow up on with her directly. We'd love the chance to make this right. Please reach out to us directly so we can talk it through. Thank you for giving us a try, and we're sorry we didn't meet the mark this time. Blessings and thanks again, Alex & The Faithful Cleaners Team

Yadira was wonderful. Leaned my shower so well I didn’t want to use it. She’s very sweet and friendly

We had move out cleaning service by Hannah & Yadira and they did a great job! Only took 3 hours for the 4 bedrooms and a office house.
